Counselor providing qualified SAP drug & alcohol violation assessments to individuals who work for companies who are required, by the US Department of Transportation - DOT, to follow industry specific code of federal regulations as related to drug and alcohol rules.
Assessments for non-DOT drug and alcohol company violation are also provided. Services are provided for employees who have been detected of violating their drug & alcohol company policy through a failed drug test or related actions.
Substance abuse assessments are available by appointment to those needing assessment / evaluation in the return to duty process.
If your laboratory drug specimen result was detected by the Medical Review Officer as being a verified positive drug test, positive-dilute, adulterated, substituted or you declined testing by refusal or failure to present, then seeing a qualified SAP will be your next step to becoming compliant with the requirements. A verified breath alcohol test with a level at or over .04 will follow the same requirements. (.02 and .039 does not require a SAP evaluation)
